First lambs go to market!

It is the start of Fall and so it is time for the first lambs to make there way to the butcher so they can be delivered to Harvest Restaurant in St. louis to be transformed into culinary delights. It is a much anticipated time. We are happy and sad at the same time. Now is when all the care and love payoff. We hope all the foodies and customers of Harvest enjoy the fruits of our labor and the culinary artistry of Chef, Nick.
