Matt’ favorite crop!

This gorgeous peaches & cream sweet corn tastes like summer. To freeze it, I blanch it for 3 minutes, cut the kernels off the cob, place desired amount in freezer bags and cover with a solution of 1 to 2 teaspoons salt and sugar dissolved in 1 cup water,depending on your taste . It’s that easy. Pull this out for Thanksgiving or a cold winter’s day to enjoy the taste of summer. Yummy’
