Small Hobby Farm in Rural Missouri
Matt and I would like to thank Jenny Agnew from St. Louis Magazine for coming out to the farm and visiting us. There will be an online article coming out soon about e-I-e-I-o Acres and that is very exciting for us.
I enjoyed fixing all kinds of goodies for her from items that we raise on the farm . . . lamb sliders, fried chicken, broccoli quiche made with duck eggs, strawberry hand pies, chocolate custard made with some of Tilley’s prized eggs, turkey soup and no we didn’t raise the pig but one of my staples for everyone that visits, caramelized bacon. I do believe she enjoyed it all.
She was wonderful to visit with and had a great time taking pictures and meeting all the critters on the farm. We hope to see her back soon.
She has sent a whole bunch of wonderful pictures that she took while she was here and I am going to try to attach those.
